Shipping and returns
Preparation
Production starts once your payment is confirmed — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Each fragrance is blended and bottled to order, which takes 4 business days.
Once your order is produced and handed to the courier, we send you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.
Rate
Rp 25.000 anywhere in Indonesia, whatever you order and wherever you are. Free on orders over Rp 999.000.

One rate, whatever the distance. Sumatra costs us more than Java and Java more than Denpasar; averaging it is simpler for you and honest for us — you know what you pay before you write to us.
Where we ship
We ship throughout Indonesia by land and sea cargo. Fragrances contain alcohol, which means they cannot travel by air — this is why delivery outside Bali takes a few days longer than an ordinary parcel.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, only unopened and unsealed bottles can be taken back. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was faulty or not the one you ordered.
How to proceed
- Message us on WhatsApp, or email contact@amanascents.com, with your order number and photographs.
- We confirm the return address within 2 business days.
- Send the parcel back with tracking.
- Refund or exchange is issued within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged parcel or faulty product
Photograph the parcel before opening it if it looks damaged, then contact us within 2 days of delivery. Replacement or refund is covered in full, return shipping included.
