Preparation
Every order is packed by hand within 2 business days. You receive the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves.

Delivery within Bali is always free, whatever the size of your order.
Everywhere else in Indonesia, delivery is free on orders over Rp 999K.
These rates are indicative. The exact cost is confirmed on WhatsApp once we have your address, and it is never higher than what the courier charges us.
Where we ship
We ship throughout Indonesia by land and sea cargo. Fragrances contain alcohol, which means they cannot travel by air — this is why delivery outside Bali takes a few days longer than an ordinary parcel.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, only unopened and unsealed bottles can be taken back. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was faulty or not the one you ordered.
How to proceed
- Message us on WhatsApp, or email amana.scents@gmail.com, with your order number and photographs.
- We confirm the return address within 2 business days.
- Send the parcel back with tracking.
- Refund or exchange is issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Damaged parcel or faulty product
Photograph the parcel before opening it if it looks damaged, then contact us within 2 days of delivery. Replacement or refund is covered in full, return shipping included.
